Eligible Customers: New firewall customers and existing customers with either an XG Series firewall or other Sophos products.

Promotion Details

Discounts:
- XGS 88/88w: 50% hardware discount.
- XGS 108 to XGS 138: 99% hardware discount + 1% off Xstream Protection.
- Passive HA units are not eligible for discount**
Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum 3-year term for Xstream Protection for every discounted XGS Series hardware appliance.

*Discount on XGS hardware (99%) and Xstream (1%) is equivalent to or higher than the MSRP of the hardware appliance.
** Only XGS desktop models are eligible for this offer. 1U and 2U rackmount models are currently excluded from promo discounts.

Follow these simple steps to take advantage of this limited-time offer

Step 1: Eligibility Check

Before you can take advantage of our trade-in promotion, ensure that you qualify. This offer is available to both new customers and those currently using an XG Series firewall or any Sophos product. The offer does not apply to Passive High Availability (HA) units unless accompanied by a minimum three-year term for Xstream Protection.

Step 2: Select Your New Hardware

Choose the XGS Series model that best fits your needs. Our models range from the XGS 87/87w/88, suitable for smaller setups, to the more advanced XGS 107/108 and above, which are perfect for larger, more demanding environments.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Step 4: Validation of Current Firewall

Sophos may require validation of the ownership of your current firewall. This could include providing an invoice, serial number, or other documentation as deemed appropriate by Sophos to confirm ownership.

Step 5: Processing and Shipping

Once your order is confirmed and your existing firewall ownership is validated, Sophos will process your order. The new hardware will be shipped to you, along with instructions for setting it up and activating your new Xstream Protection subscription.

This promotional offer is valid for the period from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period") unless otherwise determined by Sophos.
This Promotion is a limited time offer only available through participating Partners that are located in the following region: North America: U.S.A., Canada
The Promotion:
- Trade-In Offer: Buy an XGS Series hardware appliance together with at least 3 years of Xstream Protection and get 99% discount on the hardware (XGS 108 to XGS 138) plus 1% discount on the Xstream Protection subscription or 50% discount on the hardware only (XGS 88/88w). XGS 1U and 2U appliances are currently excluded from promo discounts.
To be eligible for the Promotion:
- The purchase order must include an XGS Series hardware appliance, and Xstream Protection subscription for that appliance model with a minimum term of 3 years.
- The order must be for a single new firewall customer. A separate Promotion is available for Sophos UTM/SG Series customers.
- This Promotion is not valid for High Availability (HA) appliances except when ordered with their own minimum 3-year term for Xstream Protection (Active/ Active).
- Sophos reserves the right to validate the ownership of any competitive firewall being replaced by the purchase of the XGS Series hardware under this Promotion and may at its sole discretion request proof of ownership by end customers in the form of an invoice, serial number or such other similar information or documentation Sophos deems appropriate.
This Promotion may be combined with a specific promo code to get a 3-month term extension at no extra cost (terms and conditions apply).
The use in combination with other Sophos promotions that offer discount on XGS hardware or related firewall subscriptions or with additional discretionary discounting is explicitly excluded.
This Promotion may not be combined with other Sophos promotional offers and may not be used in combination with additional discretionary discounting, unless approved otherwise by Sophos.
This Promotion must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or transactions.
