For a limited time, U.S. customers can take advantage of 50% off XGS Series hardware and 33% off Xstream Protection subscriptions (excludes XGS 87/87w).

Promotion Details

An Xstream Protection subscription with a minimum term of 12 months must be ordered for every discounted XGS Series appliance.

All eligible models*: 50% hardware discount
Additionally, 33% discount on Xstream Protection (XGS 107/108 and above only)

*Eligible models: XGS Gen.1 desktop - all models, XGS Gen.2 desktop XGS 88/108/118/128 only (non-wireless models), plus all 1U and 2U rackmount models.

How It Works: Sophos XGS Refresh Promotion

Step 1: Eligibility Check

Before you can take advantage of our trade-in promotion, ensure that you qualify. This offer is available to both new customers and those currently using an XG Series firewall or any Sophos product. The offer does not apply to Passive High Availability (HA) units unless accompanied by a minimum three-year term for Xstream Protection.

Step 2: Select Your New Hardware

Choose the XGS Series model that best fits your needs. Our models range from the XGS 87/87w/88, suitable for smaller setups, to the more advanced XGS 107/108 and above, which are perfect for larger, more demanding environments.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Step 4: Validation of Current Firewall

Sophos may require validation of the ownership of your current firewall. This could include providing an invoice, serial number, or other documentation as deemed appropriate by Sophos to confirm ownership.

Step 5: Processing and Shipping

Once your order is confirmed and your existing firewall ownership is validated, Sophos will process your order. The new hardware will be shipped to you, along with instructions for setting it up and activating your new Xstream Protection subscription.

Terms and Conditions:

This promotional offer is valid for the period from October 17, 2024 through March 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) unless otherwise determined by Sophos.
This Promotion is a limited-time offer only available through participating Partners that are located in the following region: GLOBAL - excl. India (see separate flyer), and Brazil. Orders from Russia and Belarus are explicity excluded from this offer.
An eligible order must be for a single existing Sophos Firewall customer who is replacing their current XG Series hardware with the XGS Series (see eligible models above) in combination with the purchase of a minimum 12-month term for Xstream Protection.

The order must include an Xstream Protection subscription with a minimum term of 3 years for each discounted XGS Series hardware appliance (maximum term 63 months).
Passive High Availability (HA) appliances without an Xstream Protection subscription are not eligible for a hardware discount.
New Sophos Firewall customers are explicitly excluded from this offer.
